My name is Madeline Reynolds, but you can call me Maddie.

I'm a cat mom and a storyteller with a passion for helping people.

I am a graduate of the Product Design Bootcamp at Flatiron School. I have also earned certificates in UX Design and in UX Writing from the Google UX Design professional certificate program through Coursera, the UX Content Collective (formerly the UX Writers Collective), and CareerFoundry.

My previous work in customer experience has taught me the importance of putting users first and of putting yourself in their shoes. When designing, I always do so from a place of empathy.
