I’m a UX Researcher and Workshop Facilitator who thrives on collaboratively identifying and solving complex problems.

About Me

I am an anthropologically-trained user experience researcher, with experience across multiple domains and industries. I am passionate about applying qualitative research methods to build experiences that delight users and meet business goals. My favorite moments are when I’m able to convince a skeptical stakeholder that user insights are more easily attainable than they thought, and the look on their face when I prove it to them.
